As at 2007 the percentage of male sex offenders in UK prisons were 82% White, 10% Black and 5.6% Asians. Both Black and Asians were over represented when compared to the UK population where, at the time, they represented 2.2% and 4.4% respectively.

I must admit that...I'd like to see every remaining day of these people's lives made so unbearable that they'd beg for the option to end it all, only to be told "You can try, but you won't succeed".

Of all things about this sort of behavior I don't understand the chief is the willingness to put the effort into something that has such a high cost in terms of risk and effort.
If you get caught, and you will, you are literally better off dead but you wont be. What's worth that?
